Today, we’re announcing our acquisition of Qura. Legal research remains one of the most technically and structurally difficult problems in AI - and it’s one we are striving to solve. Founded in 2023, Qura builds structured, AI-native legal databases that go far beyond traditional search. The result is precise, reliable legal reasoning across jurisdictions. Their product is already live across 27 jurisdictions in competition law. If you've ever reviewed an agreement where schedules and amendments sit in separate files, you know how easy it is to miss something important. Combine Rows in Tabular Review groups related documents into a single row, so your extraction reflects the whole agreement. You can combine documents in different ways: 1. Drag and drop documents into Tabular Review, then rename the row. 2. Select multiple rows and click Combine Rows. 3. Add documents from Files and use Auto-combine rows. One row per agreement, with every schedule and amendment accounted for.

The world's most cited author on the future of legal services, Richard has spent decades ahead of the curve writing eleven books translated into 20+ languages, advising lawyers, governments, and judiciaries around the world, and serving as Technology Adviser to the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales for 25 years. Not many have contributed more to the conversation on law and technology. And with AI now at the centre of that conversation, there is no better moment to have him in the room with us.
