Dont rely on Deriv to be ur broker
They disabled my acc without no email notice and live chat is useless. On top im new i just registered havent even deposited i verified everything its verified then next thing i see is live chat bot amy telling me ur acc is disabled permanently

I'm impressed with what I get so far from Deriv, from depositing, managing my funds and withdrawals.

But if you can limit third party involvement like use of agents in depositing and withdrawals, the most convenient way is the use of our debit cards...I don't know, for me it gives me peace of mind....
If it's difficult to rid them then don't force us to withdraw using the method we used to fund...
Say I funded through an agent but I want to withdraw using my debit card, that should be allowed without any problems..

I recently received an email from deriv that the minimum lots size for volatility 75 index is changing from 0.001 to 0.1 which will be effective from 20 April 2026, I want to make a plead to deriv to kindly leave it at 0.01 if you must change it. Taking it all the way to 0.1 have a lot of negative impact on us that makes it a personal instrument to trade, that is the only instrument I've focused on all through, please reconsider.

I had a very bad experience with Deriv.
While trading on MT5, I was suddenly logged out of my account. My internet connection was stable, but I was repeatedly denied access when trying to log back in. At the time, I had active trades running, and because I couldn’t access my account, I was unable to manage or close my positions.
This resulted in my entire account being wiped out.
I contacted support and provided all the information they requested. However, I was never given a case number for my issue, which already shows poor handling of a serious problem.
To make matters worse, the agent I was speaking to stopped responding after I submitted everything. I even reached out again via WhatsApp, and after recognizing me, the agent completely ignored my messages.
Being locked out of a trading account while trades are active is a serious issue, and the lack of proper support and accountability is unacceptable.
I am requesting a full investigation into what happened, including server logs, login attempts, and an explanation for why I was denied access without any formal case being opened.
Traders should be cautious when relying on this platform, especially in critical trading moments.
