Extract feed link from page source

Sometimes pages don't have a visible link to the feed, but there is a feed linked with `<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" ... />` in the source.

When I drop a website URL into "add feed", it should take me to a page listing the available feeds, with "add" buttons next to each.

Likewise, this should be available through a CLI command.
