I have used it for a week and LOVE it! I Mind-blowing that Gem is answering my emails and the set up was only few minutes and didn't require any API key or credit input. Feel this is the future - easy automations that really have an impact.

I have been running some tests, and it looks promising. It has some improvement opportunities, like the debugging process (You just know that something went wrong, but not why) and some variables can only be used with specific actions.

remember that ops person who manually processed feedback, did inbox triage, summarized responses, updated sheets, nudged people, & moved tickets amount other things? yeah, that person is no longer necessary.
