Runs in your browser · nothing uploads

Compress, convert and finish media — without giving it away.

BatchCrunch turns compression, conversion, cropping, filters and watermarking into one local queue. Your files are read from disk and written back; they never touch a server.

Images, video and audio are read straight from disk — nothing is uploaded.

Everything a batch needs

Six tools share one queue, one preview and one export.

Compress

Quality for images, CRF for video, bitrate for audio — with the exact bytes you save shown on every file.

Convert

JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF for images, MP4 for video, MP3, M4A and WAV for audio. Keeping the original is the default.

Crop & resize

Drag a crop rectangle on the preview, snap it to a ratio, then scale by percent or exact pixels.

Rotate & flip

90° steps, horizontal and vertical flips — applied to every frame of a video without a server.

Filters

Vivid, cinematic, mono, warm, cool or faded — one look across the whole batch, images and video alike.

Watermark

Text or image stamps with opacity, colour and a position you drag into place. Video stamps are baked in.

How it works

Three steps, all inside the tab.

  1. 01

    Drop

Drag in any mix of images, video and audio — up to 200 MB each. Files are read from disk; nothing is uploaded.

  2. 02

    Adjust

Compress, convert, crop, resize, rotate, filter and watermark. Every control previews on the bench before you run.

  3. 03

    Export

Process the whole queue in place, then download files one by one or as a single zip.

The proof is a number that never moves.

The Privacy Meter in the corner counts every byte that leaves this page. For BatchCrunch it is always 0 bytes uploaded — the engine runs in your browser and every file is read and written locally. No account, no telemetry, no upload queue.

Questions

Are my files really never uploaded?

Yes. The whole pipeline — decoding, processing, encoding — runs in your browser with ffmpeg compiled to WebAssembly. There is no server to upload to, and the Privacy Meter in the corner counts every byte that leaves the page: it stays at 0.

What does the Free tier limit?

Free exports 3 files per batch — queue as many as you like, and every file is still processed locally. Pro lifts the cap for good.

Which formats are supported?

Reads JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, MP4, WebM, MOV, M4V, MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG and FLAC. Writes JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF for images, MP4 for video, MP3, M4A and WAV for audio. Files up to 200 MB each.

Does it work offline?

After the first load the engine is cached, and files never leave the machine anyway. A flaky connection can't interrupt a batch that was never on the network.

How does the one-time Pro price work?

You pay once — $19 — and receive a license code. The code is checked on your device, so there is no account, no renewal and no server call.

Which browsers are supported?

Any recent browser with WebAssembly and canvas: current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Video encoding runs slower in some browsers — never through a server.

Is it safe to run on company files?

That is exactly the use case. Because nothing leaves the browser, sensitive footage and documents can be processed without passing through a third party.

Found a bug? Want a tool?

One short form, straight to the inbox. Your message and — only if you give one — your email are all that is sent; nothing about your files goes with it.

Only the message and the email address you type are sent. No files, no identifiers.

Activate your license

Paste the code from your purchase receipt, or a BCX- redeem code. The cap lifts the moment it checks out.
