Prices and terms are indicative and subject to the individual terms of each provider. cTrader and cBridge are provided by Spotware Systems Ltd (Cyprus, HE 301668). Liquidity services are provided solely by cFinancial Ltd (Seychelles, FSA Securities Dealer Licence SD169). Separate agreements apply. Spotware Systems Ltd does not provide investment services and does not arrange, recommend or advise on cFinancial services.

These services are directed only at legal entities that are licensed or authorised brokers, dealers or proprietary trading firms. They are not directed at natural persons or retail clients. cFinancial services are available only to entities classified by cFinancial Ltd as Professional Clients under Seychelles law.

All services are subject to KYB, AML/CFT and sanctions checks by the relevant provider, which may decline an application or suspend or terminate services at its discretion. cFinancial Ltd conducts its own onboarding.

Services are not directed at, nor available to, persons in the United States, the United Kingdom, sanctioned jurisdictions or any jurisdiction where distribution is unlawful.

Each client is responsible for its own authorisations and for its own liquidity provider selection, best execution, conflicts and inducement obligations. Nothing here is advice or a solicitation to enter into any transaction; cFinancial Ltd acts as principal under its Client Services Agreement.

Bundle pricing applies only while all three services are contracted and in force. Otherwise each provider’s standard pricing applies from the next billing period and the setup-fee reduction may become repayable.
