No. Yearly plans still issue credits monthly, and the monthly credit amount matches the corresponding monthly tier. The yearly plan lowers the total price, but it does not pre-release twelve months of credits at once.
You need a paid subscription first: credit packs unlock after your first subscription and stay purchasable afterwards, even once that subscription has ended. Credit packs stay valid for 1 year.
Plan credits cover the current billing period and reset when the next period starts — unused plan credits do not carry over. One-time credit packs work differently: they stay valid for 1 year from purchase and are only used after your plan quota is spent.
Yes. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are automatically returned. If you see a failed task that was not refunded correctly, contact [email protected] and we will review it.
You can see the credit cost before you run a generation. The exact cost depends on the model, resolution, duration, and preset, so the pre-generation quote is the most accurate source for what you will spend.
Yes. Payments are handled by established payment providers, and your card details are processed on their secure checkout pages rather than stored on Callirra.
Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund for the unused portion of your credits. Contact [email protected] to start the request.
Paid plans renew automatically at the regular price of the billing period you chose (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each renewal, and unused plan credits do not roll over into the next period.
Open Billing in your account settings and click Cancel Subscription. It takes effect immediately — no email or phone call needed. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can undo the cancellation from the same page at any time before then.
Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. After that date the account moves to the Free plan and its weekly allowance — every model stays available, so anything you could run before still runs, but downloads are watermarked again. Credit packs you bought separately keep working until their own expiry.
