Introduction

DAWN is an RWA (Real-World Asset) protocol for tokenizing the digital infrastructure that powers AI. The USD.infra Vault brings those assets on-chain at scale, pairing a verified physical network with a vault that finances the buildout of the infrastructure backing AI. This guide walks through what DAWN is, how the USD.infra Vault works, and how capital, deployments, and cashflows fit together.

DAWN

The DAWN protocol is an RWA protocol for AI infrastructure: a way for operators to borrow capital and deploy compute and connectivity infrastructure, as well as for Vault participants to participate in the yield from these deployments. It pairs a verified physical network with a vault (USD.infra Vault) that finances expansion using on-chain capital.

Participate in the USD.infra Vault

The USD.infra Vault routes stablecoin capital into digital infrastructure deployments through a vault, and returns contracted cashflows back to participants through a token called sUSD.infra. Participation is limited to eligible non-U.S. persons and is subject to transfer restrictions.

Deploy or operate

DAWN supports deployers and operators — people and companies who build real infrastructure — through capital. Learn more about the DAWN Deployer Network.
