\u8fdb\u884c\u7f16\u7801\u68c0\u6d4b\u548c\u8f6c\u6362\u3002\u4e0b\u9762\u5c06\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\u4e00\u79cd\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u5b57\u5178\u6620\u5c04\uff0c\u5c06\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u7f16\u7801\u5bf9\u5e94\u5230\u4e2d\u6587\u5b57\u7b26\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u7075\u6d3b\u4e14\u6613\u4e8e\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4\u548c\u793a\u4f8b\u4ee3\u7801\uff1a<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u4e00\u3001\u7f16\u7801\u89e3\u7801\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\u5728Python\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u7f16\u7801\u548c\u89e3\u7801\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u8f6c\u6362\u5b57\u7b26\u7f16\u7801\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u793a\u4f8b\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><pre><code \/>Python\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u591a\u79cd\u7f16\u7801\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u5904\u7406\u5b57\u7b26\u4e32\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982UTF-8\u3001GBK\u7b49\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528<code>str.encode()<\/code>\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c06\u5b57\u7b26\u4e32\u7f16\u7801\u4e3a\u5b57\u8282\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528<code>bytes.decode()<\/code>\u5c06\u5b57\u8282\u89e3\u7801\u4e3a\u5b57\u7b26\u4e32\u3002\u9700\u8981\u6839\u636e\u5b57\u7b26\u4e32\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u7f16\u7801\u683c\u5f0f\u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5b57\u7b26\u80fd\u6b63\u786e\u663e\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5982\u4f55\u5728Python\u4e2d\u68c0\u6d4b\u5b57\u7b26\u4e32\u7684\u7f16\u7801\u7c7b\u578b\uff1f<\/strong><br \/>\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528<code>chardet<\/code>\u5e93\u6765\u68c0\u6d4b\u5b57\u7b26\u4e32\u7684\u7f16\u7801\u7c7b\u578b\u3002\u8be5\u5e93\u4f1a\u5206\u6790\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u636e\u5e76\u8fd4\u56de\u6700\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u7f16\u7801\u683c\u5f0f\u3002\u9996\u5148\u9700\u8981\u5b89\u88c5\u8be5\u5e93\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528<code>pip install
