Getting your agency up and running has three stages: buy a plan, activate your license key, and run the setup wizard to install everything. Start to finish usually takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Choose a plan

Plans are listed on our pricing page. Each plan card shows the price, billing interval, and what’s included.
1

Enter your email

Type the email address you want your license tied to. This is also the email your license key gets sent to.
2

Click 'Choose Plan'

You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment.
3

Complete payment on Stripe

Once payment succeeds, Stripe redirects you back and the page automatically confirms your order.
If you already have a license and just need to find your key again, use the account lookup page instead, see Finding your license key later below.

Step 2: Get your license key

After checkout, you’ll see your license key on screen immediately, and it’s emailed to you as a backup. The email looks like this:
Subject: Your Church WaaS license key Welcome to Church WaaS! Thanks for subscribing. Here is your license key - save this somewhere safe. CW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Next step: install the setup plugin on your own WordPress site, then enter this key when prompted. [Download the Setup Plugin]
Save your license key somewhere safe. You’ll need it in Step 3, and again any time you reinstall or move to a new WordPress install.

Finding your license key later

If you lose the email, go to the account lookup page and enter:
  • License key (format CW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
  • Email used at checkout
Click View My Account to see your plan, status, renewal date, activated domains, and a fresh Download Installer link, no need to contact us.

Step 3: Install the setup plugin

  1. Click Download the Setup Plugin (from the email or the account lookup page). This downloads church-waas-installer.zip, a small plugin whose only job is to bootstrap everything else.
  2. On your own WordPress multisite install, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the zip.
  3. Network Activate it (not just Activate, this must run network-wide).
Church WaaS requires a WordPress Multisite install. If you haven’t set that up yet, do that first, every church site lives as a subsite on your network.
As soon as it activates, you’re redirected straight into the Church WaaS Setup wizard.

Step 4: Run the setup wizard

The wizard is five steps. You can safely close and reopen it later, it always exists as Church WaaS Setup in your Network Admin menu, and remembers where you left off.
1

Welcome

“Let’s get your agency set up. In just a couple of minutes we’ll activate your license and install everything you need - every module, every giving gateway, all included.”Click Get Started →.
2

Activate your license

Paste your license key (CW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and click Activate. On success you’ll see a confirmation showing your plan name, then click Continue →.
3

Choose what to install

“Everything’s included in your plan - no feature is locked behind a tier. Untick anything you know you won’t use (like a payment gateway for a region you don’t serve); required dependencies are always installed automatically alongside whatever you pick.”Every module is pre-checked by default. Use Select all / Select none to adjust quickly, then click Install N module(s) →.
4

Installing

“This only takes a moment. Don’t close this window.” Each module installs one at a time with a live status per row. If one fails, the wizard stops there rather than continuing on top of a broken dependency.
5

Done

“Every Church WaaS module is installed and active. You’re ready to create your first church site.”Click Go to Network Admin → to land in your new agency console.
You can revisit Church WaaS Setup any time later. If your license is already active it skips straight to the module list, where any plugin with a newer version available shows an “update to vX” badge. This doubles as a one-click bulk-update tool, not just first-run setup.

What’s next

Once the wizard finishes, you land in the Church WaaS console (your Network Admin menu). From here you’ll typically want to:
  1. Tour the console and understand what each menu item does
  2. Set up your branding so churches see your agency’s name, not “Church WaaS”
  3. Choose a hosting integration so new church subdomains (and later, custom domains) provision automatically
  4. Define your plans, what you’ll actually sell to churches
  5. Connect your own Stripe account so you can get paid
