Accepted by AAAI-26 (Oral). We present the first benchmark dataset for multi-region and multi-variable weather synthesis, and introduce SynWeatherDiff, a diffusion-based general model that generates diverse meteorological variables conditioned on satellite observations and task-specific prompts.
