Hi there, I'm Stefan 👋

I am an AI/ML Research Engineer and Computational Biologist with 5+ years of experience across software engineering, machine learning systems, and translational oncology research. currently I am a co-founder of a stealth startup in the space of digital twins in neuro-oncology. Likewise, I am a AI (Life Sciences) Lead/ AI Advisor at the BIO4 Campus, where I lead AI/ML strategy and build computational infrastructure. Ex-intern at Microsoft. I hold an MPhil in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, where I worked with Prof. Pietro Liò and Prof. Dr. Sarah Teichmann from the Wellcome Sanger Institute on graph neural networks for single-cell multiomics. Before Cambridge, I completed an MSc in Data Science specialising in computational biology. My current work is in tumour growth modelling, deep learning solvers for brain tumour dynamics, and digital twins for CNS malignancies.
