🇩🇪For international engineers → German tech jobs
A guided path — not another job board.
Find German tech jobs that match your CV — ranked for your German level.
One clear path — upload → match → decide → apply. We rank your CV against 22,800+ live roles at German companies of every size — Mittelstand (mid-sized) firms, startups and global employers — many English-friendly and rarely on the big boards. Matching runs on meaning, not just keywords, so an English CV reaches the German-language roles you fit as well — then leave with a German CV that reads like a local's.
Continuously parsed and structured from publicly available job sources — public boards, company career pages, applicant-tracking systems and aggregators — indexed, not affiliated.
Why a path at all?
Job search runs on guesswork.
You search by keyword and only see roles that use your words — while the ones you'd actually fit, written in someone else's vocabulary, never surface. So you apply without knowing if you're really a fit, send your CV into the void, and hear nothing back. The one thing that quietly ruled you out — a tool, a certificate, a language level, a visa threshold — stays invisible until after the rejection.
So we turned the search into four steps you can actually see. Follow them down. ↓
The path · four stops
Watch one example match come together, stop by stop.
Follow the spine down. At each stop the same example builds up — a competence profile, then a match score, then a visa read, then a ready-to-send application.

UploadStop 01 / 04
Start with the CV you already have.
Drop a PDF, DOCX or plain text file. We map it into a structured competence profile — skills, seniority, domains — so matching reasons about your fit, not just about your wording. Works whether you're already in Germany or relocating. Opt to save your CV and this profile compounds — every match updates your competence map (top skills, biggest gaps) on your home page.

MatchStop 02 / 04
Matched on meaning — not just keywords.
Now your profile meets the market. Keyword search only surfaces roles that repeat your exact words — so a job posted as “Site Reliability Engineer” stays invisible to someone searching “Platform Engineer,” even when the work is identical. We match your whole competence profile against every indexed role by meaning — ranked on fit (semantic similarity, skill overlap, and penalties for language and seniority gaps) — surfacing strong matches a keyword search would miss. Your 👍 / 👎 re-ranks from there.

See the Blue Card maths — before you apply.
For each match we estimate your EU Blue Card (§ 18g AufenthG) and shortage occupation (Mangelberuf — an occupation with a recognised skills shortage) status — with the exact legal basis — from the role's estimated salary and classification. So you spend energy where you'd likely clear the bar.

Apply like a local — even from abroad.
We pinpoint your skill and language gaps, then generate a German CV (Lebenslauf) that leads with the experience each role actually asks for, plus a formal cover letter (Anschreiben) in German business-letter form — both generated from a grounded whitelist of your résumé: every claim about you that your own text doesn't support is dropped before the generator sees anything. Statements about the employer come from the posting. If we can't parse your CV we fall back to a plain draft from your raw text — so read it before you send it. Assemble both in your Application Kit and track every application.

Yes. Data is processed and stored in the EU (Frankfurt), and your CV is not used to train AI models — not by us, and not by the model providers we send it to: we run no training of our own, and the Vertex AI terms under which we reach both Google and Anthropic models bar using customer data for model training. Our privacy policy names every processor. Without an account we don't store your CV — we do keep privacy-safe usage records, like a random cookie ID and the skills we detected, so we can measure whether our ranking is any good. Signed in, your CV is stored only if you tick Save my CV, and you can export or delete everything anytime under GDPR.
Can AI write my German CV (Lebenslauf) and cover letter (Anschreiben)?
Yes — and it's built not to invent. The German CV is grounded claim-by-claim: anything not supported by your actual CV text is dropped, and tailoring can only reorder and emphasise your real experience, never add a skill you don't have. The cover letter is written from the same whitelist — and you review and edit everything before it goes anywhere.
How does the matching work?
Your CV becomes a structured competence profile, then an embedding; we rank roles by semantic fit plus skill overlap, with penalties for language and seniority gaps, and your 👍/👎 refines results. It's competence-based, not just keyword-based.
What happens after I match?
Each match shows your fit and skill gaps. From there you can generate a job-tailored German CV (Lebenslauf) and cover letter (Anschreiben), assemble them into your Application Kit with the right apply route, and track every application on your board — Saved to Applied to Interviewing to Offer. We never apply on your behalf; you always send it yourself.
Do I need to speak German?
Not for every role. We classify each role's working language and flag which are English-friendly or English-first, so you can filter to roles that fit your current German level.
What language should my CV be in?
English or German — either works. Matching runs on meaning as well as on your exact terms, so your CV's language never limits which roles you're matched to: an English CV still surfaces German-language postings you fit, and vice versa. Your German LEVEL is a different thing, and it does change your results: by default it is a ranking signal, so a role whose German bar is above your level sinks down your list rather than disappearing. The one exception is a setting — the “English-friendly only” preference, which removes German-only workplaces from your results altogether. If we ask for your German level and you answer at beginner level, we preselect it for you — unless you’ve already picked a preference yourself. You can change it any time in your profile.
Can I get a work visa through these jobs?
Possibly — but not in the way the phrase "visa sponsorship" suggests. Germany has no employer sponsor licence and no register of sponsors: the residence permit is granted to you, not to the company, so any legally registered German employer may hire a non-EU skilled worker. That means a job ad saying nothing about visas is not saying no — silence is the norm. What we do is estimate EU Blue Card and shortage-occupation eligibility per role and cite the relevant paragraph (§ 18g AufenthG), so you can see where your salary would likely clear the bar. It's informational guidance, not legal advice — and whether a given employer will take on the paperwork is a question for your first conversation with them.
Why aren't these roles on the big job boards?
Many German employers — Mittelstand firms, startups and global companies alike — post to Germany's public job boards and to their own career pages instead of the big commercial boards. We index those two channels directly and structure each role.
An editor's note
“Built by a small team in Germany — your feedback reaches us directly, not a support queue.”
Match your CV against German roles rarely on the big boards, see your fit and an estimated Blue Card reading before you apply, and leave with a German CV ready to send.
