ON MY DESK
THE STORY
Different chapters. The same curiosity.
WordPress, SaaS, Shopify, investing—and now agents. Every chapter started with the same question: what can this new thing actually do for people?
Chapter 01 of 07

The first company. Building for the web from Bangladesh, before any of the rest existed — and the beginning of a habit of shipping things.

WordPress became the platform I built on, and the community I grew up in. Meetups, contributors, the long tail of people who make the open web work.

WPDeveloper is where product thinking became a team sport — tools for WordPress users, made carefully and kept alive for years.
Through Startise, WPDeveloper, xCloud and Storeware, I get to build with teams who care about making useful things. Startise is where those teams meet.
xCloud is the infrastructure side of the work: servers and sites, made simpler for the people who run them.
The Shopify chapter. Storeware builds for merchants — a different platform, the same instinct to make something people use every day.
AIscan, xSpeed Cache and Instapect are my current priorities: helping people understand their websites, improve performance and learn from Instagram.

XCLOUD · HOSTING & AGENTS
I’m building xCloud for this next chapter: host your agents, connect your tools, and put them to work.
CONNECT YOUR ASSISTANT
MCP connects your AI assistant to xCloud’s real server and site controls. Read deployment logs, inspect a server, manage backups or check SSL — with the access you choose.
claude mcp add xcloud --transport http https://app.xcloud.host/mcpAuthenticate → choose account permissionsDid my latest ar.bd deployment finish successfully?sites_events → deployment 806273d→sites_events_show → finished · exit_code: 0→GET ar.bd/home-31/ → 200 OK→Verified: the merged commit is live.Recorded Home 31 deployment review · 9 September 2026. Playback only.
TEACH THE WORKFLOW
I released xCloud skills on ClawHub to help agents follow a job through: choose the right tools, wait for the operation to finish, then verify the result. They cover servers, sites, WordPress, SSL and your account.
Load the xCloud skills for this task.servers · sites · wordpress · ssl · accountBack up my WordPress site, update its plugins, then check it.Create and verify the backup→Run the requested updates→Check the site after the change→Report the backup, updates and post-change health.Example workflow · runs with your connected account and permissions. Illustrative playback; no live commands run here.
HOST AN ALWAYS-ON ASSISTANT
Run OpenClaw on xCloud and reach it through messaging tools such as Telegram or WhatsApp. Connect your model and give it the tools it needs for recurring research, reminders or everyday tasks.
Open my OpenClaw workspace on xCloud.Connect your model, tools and workspaceSend me a morning brief from the sources I follow.Deploy OpenClaw on xCloud→Connect a model and messaging channel→Choose sources and a schedule→Deliver a concise brief with links to the sources.Example use case · configure the tools and schedule for your own agent. Illustrative playback; no live commands run here.
KEEP CONTEXT BETWEEN TASKS
Host Hermes on xCloud for ongoing work with persistent memory, tools and scheduled tasks. It can build on earlier sessions instead of starting from a blank conversation each time.
Open my Hermes Agent workspace on xCloud.Connect your model, tools and workspaceContinue researching this project and keep the useful findings.Deploy your Hermes instance→Connect your model, files and tools→Continue the work across sessions→Keep the findings for the next session.Example use case · xCloud manages the server underneath the agent. Illustrative playback; no live commands run here.
RUN A CODING AGENT
xCloud hosts DeepSeek Harness on a managed Cloud VPS. Bring your project and model configuration into a persistent environment for coding and tool-driven work.
Open my DeepSeek Harness workspace on xCloud.Connect your model, tools and workspaceReview this repository and help me implement the next feature.Choose DeepSeek Harness in xCloud→Configure your model and project→Run the task in your environment→Show the diff and checks for review.Example use case · DeepSeek Harness is an upstream agent hosted by xCloud. Illustrative playback; no live commands run here.
COORDINATE A TEAM OF AGENTS
Paperclip brings agent work into an organisation with assigned roles and spending limits. xCloud provides the hosting so you can focus on the work those agents are meant to do.
Open my Paperclip workspace on xCloud.Connect your model, tools and workspaceOrganise this launch across research, engineering and content.Deploy Paperclip on xCloud→Connect agents and assign roles→Set budgets and review their tasks→Review the tasks, owners and remaining budget.Paperclip is an independent project supported on xCloud. Illustrative playback; no live commands run here.
OPEN SOURCE & SKILLS
Agent tooling, shared as it becomes useful. Open a row and take a look.
Ask questions about your Umami analytics from an agent.
Bring agent tasks, active sessions and costs together in one dashboard.
Manage servers, sites, WordPress and SSL through an AI agent.
Tools for managing agent context and token usage.
A workflow for publishing WordPress content with an agent.
Help an agent prepare applications for deployment on xCloud.
ASK MY AI
I trained an assistant on how I think and talk — about building companies, WordPress, agents, and what I think is coming next. It answers in my voice, at any hour, and it will happily disagree with you. It only loads when you press the button.
LONGER READS

Why WordPress’s open ecosystem gives builders a head start in the age of AI agents.
From my Dubai meetup talk: guide agents with good data, automate the routine, and keep human judgment at the centre. The opportunity is to build useful infrastructure for the next decade.
What would help Bangladesh’s software founders reach the next stage of global growth?
My priorities: stronger founder leadership, better middle management, practical communication skills and closer ties to global communities and universities.
