Where a figure has no honest version on the basis the file is on, it is named as withheld, with the reason and what would let it print. The brief does not ship until the checks tie, and every export ends with The record: the source, the basis, the checks, what was withheld, the rulings applied and by whom, and the calculation version.
Credit rows: refunds, or one-time adjustments?
14 rows under "credit", $1,236 in total. Treating them as refunds lowers December by $1,236 and moves two customers from Growth to Contraction. Keeping them as revenue leaves the month as computed.

No. The figures are computed and reconciled against the source rows by deterministic rules, so the same inputs produce the same answer. AI only translates the completed analysis into commentary.

The figure is held back and named on the document as withheld, with the reason and what would let it print. On a cash-collected export, for example, gross and net revenue retention are withheld until each plan length is set, because a customer who prepaid reads as a loss in every month after the payment. Nothing is estimated in its place, and the brief does not ship until the checks tie.
