The Affiliate Program is a parallel option for earning commission through a tracked link. Many Ambassadors may choose to join after using Rivfly products, but neither program requires membership in the other, and Affiliate enrollment does not include free samples.

Before you apply

Do I need a large social following?

No fixed follower count is required. We care more about a real connection to fly fishing, credible activity, useful content or community access, and a practical fit for the product.

Does every applicant receive free gear?

No. Applications are reviewed manually, and every product arrangement is confirmed before shipment. High-value or limited-release products, including future vises, may be offered only to selected invited partners, as loaners, at a discount, or under separate terms.

What will I need to publish?

For most individual ambassadors, we ask for one original public content item. The exact format—such as a video, post, article, or other activation—is agreed by email before shipment. Shops and organizations may agree to a different public activation.

What if I have a problem with the product?

Email pa******@****ly.com and tell us what is not working as expected. We will do our best to solve the problem and improve the product.

Can an Ambassador also join the Affiliate Program?

Yes. The programs are separate. An approved Ambassador may also apply to the Affiliate Program, and an affiliate may separately apply to become an Ambassador.

Where is the program available?

The initial program prioritizes approved applicants who can receive shipments at a valid address in the United States. Availability may expand or vary by collaboration.

Program Terms

Plain-language collaboration terms

Each approved collaboration is confirmed by email before shipment. Open the terms below for the standing rules that apply to all Ambassador sample collaborations.

Eligibility and selection. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Rivfly may approve or decline an application at its discretion. Application does not guarantee acceptance, free products, future work, payment, or Affiliate Program approval.

Collaboration agreement. Before shipment, Rivfly and the selected applicant will confirm by email the product, public deliverable, due date, usage rights, and any collaboration-specific requirements. The applicant must accept those terms before Rivfly creates and ships the order. Approval or past participation does not guarantee access to future or high-value products.

Product review and support. After using the product, the participant will leave a review on the agreed Rivfly product page. If anything is not working as expected, email pa******@****ly.com and we will do our best to make it right. Participants are responsible for following the rules of the platforms where they publish.

Content license. The creator keeps ownership of their original content. By accepting a sample collaboration, the creator grants Rivfly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free 24-month license to use, reproduce, crop, resize, edit for length, caption, translate, publish, distribute, and promote the agreed content on Rivfly websites, ecommerce listings, emails, owned social channels, and paid digital advertisements. Rivfly will not materially misrepresent the creator's stated opinion.

Paid use and third-party rights. The license includes advertising published from Rivfly-controlled accounts without another approval during the 24-month term. Partnership ads, whitelisting, or ads run through the creator's own account require any separate authorization demanded by the platform. When requested, the creator will provide a clean version without music, footage, trademarks, or other material they do not have the right to license for Rivfly's intended use.
