Why should I manually log subscriptions instead of linking my bank account?

Manually entering subscriptions forces active awareness. When a renewal is manual, you have to actively decide to keep tracking it. Plus, we respect your privacy: your personal bank login and purchase list remain completely secure and unlinked.

How do currency conversions work?

You input the exact currency and price you are billed. In the settings, you define a default currency. The platform fetches exchange rates daily, converting individual values to your default currency on summary charts, while leaving the individual records unaltered.

How is my data stored?

SubKeep is a hosted SaaS application. Your subscription data stays securely on our servers and is accessible anywhere, anytime.

How do renewal reminders work?

Reminders are generated on the server using database logs and delivered to you via email or webhook notification (Premium only) a configurable number of days prior to the renewal date.
