We all carry threads of connection – some frayed, some waiting to be tied. But here's the truth: we were never meant to go through life alone.

Social connection protects our health, strengthens our communities and gives meaning to our lives.
Yet too many of us experience loneliness – quietly, painfully, unseen and unheard.

So, let's change that!

Join the #NotAlone campaign in 3 steps

1. Get two ribbons, purple and green.

2. Tie them together to make a knot – a symbol to show us that we are #NotAlone.

3. Pass it on! Give someone the gift of connection by tying your #NotAlone band on their wrist, or posting yourself wearing the band on social media using the hashtag.

Make your knot. Wear the knot. Share the knot. Be the knot.

Because one truth remains:
You're #NotAlone – and no one else should be either.
