Recording your lifts is a game changer for improving technique/positioning. Certain things you won't pick up on in real time. Would recommend.

Back to practicing split jerks. The dip looks good. The split not so great. Need to land my front foot a bit further forward. #olympicweightlifting

I might feel like not going to the gym. I might feel tired during the session. But if I add some high-rep bench presses and biceps curls at the end, it feels like the best workout ever! 😁💪 Try it and let me know if it works for you, too. #backtothegym
