- How long do my links stay live?
- Anonymous links last 48 hours. Sign in free and your links stay live for 30 days. When a link expires it simply stops resolving, with no crippled preview mode.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can drop a file and get a link without signing up. Signing in free unlocks larger uploads and longer-lived links.
- What file types can I upload?
- Over 85 formats render as a live link: PDFs, images, HTML, video, audio, 3D models, datasets, and archives among them. If it has a common file type, it most likely works.
- Who can open my files?
- Anyone you send the link to. Links are randomly generated, search engines are told not to index them, and nothing is listed in a public directory. Files are not end-to-end encrypted, so add a password for anything sensitive.
- Can I password-protect a link?
- Yes. Password protection is available on paid plans, so a link only opens for people who have the password.
