How does one actually talk to other VTubers for collabs when I don't know them?
Like... do I just walk up and say “HELLO, WANNA BE FRIENDS AND PLAY GAMES?” because I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.
Someone please help this cursed book figure out how networking works
