The Bremen Street Park playground will be closed from September 8 – October 30.
As part of Massport’s commitment to being a good neighbor, we’re making improvements to create a better experience for families visiting our parks, including new playground equipment.
On Wednesday, Aug. 12, Massport will conduct site preparation work on the MEW Greenway (future Byron Street entrance).
In coordination with the MBTA, work will take place from 6 AM to 4 PM. A section of the Logan Connector will be temporarily closed. We appreciate your patience.
Beginning today, the playground at Piers Park II will be closed until further notice for maintenance. We will provide updates as soon as they become available. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Beginning July 17 through Sept. 30, Massport will temporarily extend operating hours for the Logan Connector section of the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway to 6 am–10 pm as part of a pilot program.
We will monitor usage and community feedback to help inform future operating hours.
The splash pad at Bremen Street Park will be closed from April 2 – May 31.
