We show that 3DFlex learns multiple dimensions of flexibility in a tri-snRNP spliceosome complex, while maintaining detail in secondary structure elements that move 20Å+. On TRPV1 ion channel data, 3DFlex learns two kinds of coordinated bending of the soluble domains:
