- Airport Stuttgart (STR) (closest): There is a train connection from the airport (50 min) and Stuttgarts main railway station (15 min).
- Airport Frankfurt (FRA) (largest): use train to Ludwigsburg via Stuttgart (1.5 hours)
- Airport Munich (MUN), use train to Ludwigsburg via Stuttgart (2.75 hours)

Accommodation
By a 10 minute drive with the public bus you´ll find Ludwigsburg youth hostel (120 beds, 20 Euro breakfast and meal inclusive). There will be a shuttle service from the conference venue to the Youth hostel (see http://www.jugendherberge-ludwigsburg.de/) for the period when public transport is not available.
