Rather than transgendered, I would say this is a case of being misgendered. This is a really good argument for my proposal to have sex registered in all its biological diversity. My argument is very simple: these people are mentally ill. And their perception of their gender is a result of their disorder. This perception has nothing in common with reality just like schisophrenic hallucinations.

Transgender is an empty term. Transgender means nothing. We had few billion years of evolution exactly to ensure that there is NO middle states between two sexes. Everything that does not fit into one of two boxes is unable to inject its defective genes into gene pool.

If there is a y chromosome you are male, if there is not a y chromosome you are female, if you have two sets of chromosomes, such as in fused fraternal twins who form a chimera, where one set of chromosomes are male the other female, as defined above, you are both male and female. CAIS males are still males, their genitalia is male genitalia that is inverted, they are not actually female genitals, there is no vagina inside the slit just one hole for the urethra, and that is because what you see is actually a penis. The rule holds for all such conditions.

Its simple, if you have a y chromosome in your DNA you are male, and if not you are female.

Now we move onto males who have no reaction to male hormones, and no, these are not females they are males, and they do not have female genitalia they have male genitals that are inverted.

The difference is clear to anyone who examines a cade of cais up close, the female genitals have two holes, one for pissing and one for making babies, the cais patient has only one, like a male does, also the real female has a full structure of female genitals, the cais patient foes not, there is no clitoris for example. Stop taking your medical knowledge from television.

OK, so what else is there? There are other cases I could mention of pseudohermaphroditism, but what they bear in common is that they are fake, and the cades are that the individual is male or female, based on chromosomes, and they have a defect that caused a dysfunction in the expression of their sex.

Lastly we have the claims of intersex who lack a chromosomal sex, and no these don't exist within the human species.
