Will I notice anything different?
The biggest change is, if you partner with Acuity for tax services, you’ll start to see the Sorren name and logo on tax documents starting in mid May.
Most clients won’t notice anything right away. You may start seeing the Sorren name on certain deliverables or invoices (don’t worry, though – it’s still your dedicated Acuity team).
We’re also getting some new swag, so you might also notice shirts and mugs with the new logo in your Zoom meetings.
Will this affect my services or pricing?
Not at all! Your scope of work and pricing will remain the same. We will be following our normal protocols around any changes.
Will this affect my billing?
Eventually, you’ll see a new name on your invoices or credit card statements. We will also be upgrading our billing systems over the next 18 months, which you probably care very little about. Regardless, we will communicate those changes in advance.
Do I need to do anything?
No action needed! Easy, breezy. If anything comes up that requires your attention, we’ll be sure to let you know with plenty of notice.
