Sewing brings joy

On my little walks I pass the water lily pond... these colors are just so beautiful 

and I rummage through my fabrics at home...

I've decided I need a bucket hat... ...here is the pattern I recorded.

I originally wanted to make a reversible hat, but I ended up deciding on two hats.

And I baked croissants - the dough has to be folded several times and is always put in the fridge in between. The work is worth it, it's simply delicious...

And one of the next treats is this - now that there are fresh peaches...

I put almond crumble on the peach before baking

I have now taken my very first two tops to the quilt shop because I realized that I can't quilt such large blankets on my household sewing machine... I'll do the binding myself :-) And there are long waiting times... the lady in the Quilt shop is super nice. I have faith.

I'm in love with August

It's so beautiful outside - I could always go :-))) What a beauty.

There is always a lot going on at the bird bath in the garden. It's wonderful to watch the birds use your pool... 

And I continued working on my top.

It's Tilda fabric, I'll continue sewing on it. I like big blankets.
