Hi Team! I have spent way too much time digging through community, google and have not been able to crack the code. A valuable tool for us it to calculate how many working days are left in a project, this has a few key values but most importantly it is a quick way to identify talking points for our planning meetings asā¦
For different tasks or requests that come in my to do list, often attached are different files that I need to save elsewhere. Currently the only process is to click the download button and specify the file location. It would be very helpful to be able to drag those files out to various locations and save them that way.
Hey admins! Alina from Product team here š Today I am excited to bring you our newest governance addition (and a long-awaited release): Required fields on status transition! You definitely (!) need to try it out if: You have a reporting process where people need to consistently provide data Your data tend to be out of dateā¦
Within request forms, there should be a way to view the full follow-up/thank-you email sent from public link forms. Currently, the only way to see the complete emailārather than a condensed previewāis to submit a test form using an external email address. It would be much more efficient to have an accurate, full preview ofā¦
We'd love to have the ability to create a task in Wrike from a Microsoft Teams message the same way we can from an email in Microsoft Outlook. As we use the Wrike/Teams integration more, this feature would be really useful.
Currently a user can create a custom field for their projects and tasks. It would help if, there was a way toĀ set these custom fields as required. And, if the problem is because the fields are specific to the user, then I would like the ability to make custom global fields that are required. It's the missing ingredient inā¦
TL;DR: This Wrike AI agent turns any blog post in a task description into four channel-ready marketing assets (LinkedIn post, newsletter blurb, social snippet, and ad copy variations) with a single checkbox trigger, saving content marketers hours of manual repurposing while keeping a consistent, customizable brand voiceā¦
I am very annoyed that I need to search for task that I just opened to make it shown in timesheet. I want to fill task to timesheet directly from the task page
We rely heavily on Workload charts to manage and track team capacity. From time to time, our team notices that effort is being allocated, but they are unable to locate the corresponding tasks when viewing the chart grouped by Project. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to reconcile where the assigned effort isā¦
Hi folks! Would love to be able to add descriptions to tools (Calendars, Dashboards, Reports, Analytics boards, and Workload charts). Descriptions have been helpful for us to identify things like CITs, Custom Fields, and more; simply want to bring this to our tools for easier identification. It would be great if we canā¦
I often times have to group tasks for mass editing but since we have more than 150 of that task that I can only find by name, I miss many tasks since the search function only shows 150 results max. Will this result max be increased at any point?
When working in blueprints, it would be very handy to have the "Create Items to" feature in the table or Gantt chart view so you can mass add locations tasks must be created to once the task is created from the blueprint. Currently you have to open each task one by one and add the location which takes extremely long.
We use tasks with unique project codes in the task title and often times these need to be updated. It is extremely tedious having to rename each task one by one for plans with hundreds of lines when a simple "Find & Replace" feature would turn hours of work into mere minutes.
There is currently no way to mass update task's "Working Days Only" on/off switch which makes it an impossibly long and tedious job to open each task one by one to update it manually. Is this feature something that will be available soon?

Hi, I realized that new Gantt chart doesn't offer as much features as the former version did. For example : add task directly above or under a precise task, snapshot (baseline) or PDF export. In the end, will all features be available in the new one ?
Blueprints have a broken search feature. It use to work perfect and now it does one of two incorrect things: 1.) When specifying to look in the blueprint as seen in the picture, you can see that there are results to find however as soon as you hit enter, it says there are no results inside blueprints when I know they areā¦
