Inspiration

Many of our customers ask for a simple solution to document and organize the resolution steps their teams went through when resolving complex problems. This document needed to be available for future requests in order to prevent to create duplicate tickets.

What it does

This add-on allows you to create a handy Confluence page with the comments & attachments from the issue ticket.

Challenges we ran into

The principal challenge was to integrate JIRA & Confluence using the ApplicationLink interface.
