Inspiration
In today's digital era it's hard to authenticate the original creator of any Image or post on any social media platform due to plagiarism and duplicity, so to stop all this, we have to build a platform to protect image copyrights.Many of tthe social media users copy the post of other users and they post in their social media.This causes plagiarism around the environment and causes more complex problems around the platform
What it does
- It recognises the fake post posted by a earlier member of the social media using OpenCv and image recognising
- The entire web app is secured by JWT auth tokens and bearer token in order to avoid unauthorised entry .
- Reports the fake post to original owner.
- Verifies the post using Timestamp.

Challenges we ran into
- Verifying the image using OpenCv was a little bit harder.
- Styling the UI to its perfection had more difficulties.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Team co-ordination.
- A full working prototype of the application within the limited time period.
What we learned
- Learning OpenCv to its extend and experience in React.
- Experience in Image Processing.
What's next for SafePal
We've planned to develop it further in the filed of AR/VR.
