We are developing this laser tag game to use as a fundraising platform for our club at SBCC. With several strategic improvements over the traditional game, such as adding different modes of difficulty and a separate LCD recording each player's statistics, we are hoping to achieve the ultimate entertainment experience. Using radios to communicate to a game hub (raspberry pi) each player sends a unique signal via infrared burst when their gun is fired. If a receiver on a player's vest receives a HIT signal, it then communicates to the raspberry pi in order to register the HIT with a unique player profile. This game can be configured for different game modes simply by switching health, damage, and player profiles within our raspberry pi code.
