Inspiration

In this COVID-19 situation, many people are facing mental breakdowns. Lots of people have lost their job. We often forget to take care of ourselves when we are busy caring for others.

What it does

It focuses only in self care

  • Helps to find the meaning of happiness by questioning
  • One minute strategies to remove stress
  • Gives ideas of things to ask ourselves
  • Gives ideas of how to care for ourselves
  • Some random punny jokes to change the mood
  • Some random quotes to motivate

How we built it

We have used Next.js and Sass in front-end. In backend Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB

Challenges we ran into

  • Making database and connecting with vercel.
  • Finding the right way to give messages.
  • API was not working at the last moment

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Giving our best to complete the project.

What we learned

  • How to collaborate in a team
  • Meaning of happiness
  • During looking for tips and giving information we also learned psychological new things.

What's next for Self Care

  • We couldn't implement the comments section and mood tracker section because of the time limit. We have a plan to do that after finishing the hackathon.
