Snow day calculators are spotty at best. Typically, they let people down and crush dreams of a day without school.\ Let's make one that works.

What it does

Predicts the chances of the following day being a snow day. For how it works, check out its front page.

What I learned

Neural Networks aren't really that hard to use, and can be used to solve some complex / intrigue problems.

More data. Seriously, there's only about 20 data points at the moment.
