TalentTether was inspired by the need for a streamlined solution in the recruitment process. Recognizing the challenges of engaging candidates who don't complete assessments, we aimed to revolutionize hiring efficiency while ensuring a personalized touch.

What it does

TalentTether is an advanced recruitment tool designed to optimize the hiring process. Users can input job details and candidate data. The app then utilizes algorithms for data summarization, identifies trends, and proposes solutions to address challenges, such as candidates not completing online assessments. The standout feature is the integration of generative AI, which creates engaging re-engagement plans, including personalized messages for candidates. This innovative tool aims to enhance recruitment efficiency by providing actionable insights and automating engagement strategies.

How we built it

Using AWS PartyRock, TalentTether was built with a user-centric approach, leveraging advanced algorithms for data analysis and generative AI for personalized re-engagement plans. The user interface was meticulously designed to facilitate seamless interactions, ensuring a user-friendly recruitment journey.
