Hi, I'm Kanav Nagpal 👋

CE freshman at UMass Amherst, focused on web development and building things that are actually useful.
Currently working on: Simmr - a recipe and meal planning website that allows you to order ingredients based on your planned meals, then teaches you how to cook them
Some things I've built:

🔗 PrereqCheq — A course planning tool for UMass Amherst, which allows you to check prerequisites for planned classes, and reccomends new ones to you
🔗 Sortwise — A real-time waste classifier that uses a webcam feed and a trained machine learning model to identify and categorize waste items.

Stack I work with: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, Node.js
