What does this PR do?

This PR updates the Fullstack Dev Server Bun docs to bring more clarity around using Tailwind in the HTML routes.

I didn't have the tailwindcss package installed when following the pre-existing instructions and it failed to work as intended, so I figured I'd update the docs to help someone else in my similar shoes. Hope this helps!

This absolutely helped me. The docs make it sound like the bun tailwind plugin is all you need.
