We are happy to publish your article as a blog (or curated article), even if you are not eligible for HandWiki membership. These articles are published in HandWiki Curated Articles.

General information

HandWiki encyclopedia can be used to post invited blogs and guest articles, or improve existing encyclopedic articles by adding more information. This page describes the general requirements.

Attention: Usually, we do not publish blogs related to Casino, Crypto, Forex, CBD, and Dating . You can still send such article to us, but we need to examine all external links for safety. You will be informed whether we will consider such articles for publication or not. Please note that we charge 50$ for the analysis and editing of these articles.

Requirements for guest articles

Example guest posts can be found in HandWiki blogs. HandWiki blog articles can contain up to:

3 dofollow links to external web sites.
3 images (that need to be directly uploaded).
Articles related to adult or hate content are not allowed.

All articles and blogs stay permanently (without expiration dates). Publication time is typically 1-3 days. We strongly suggest adding the author name at the end of the blog (in italic).

Types of content and prices

[A] Link insertion: $15 per link

An insertion of external links means a modification of existing HandWiki articles. If you are not qualified for a HandWiki account to make changes directly, you should add your proposal to the HandWiki Proposal Tracker. Your suggestion will be reviewed and the article will be modified. You can always come back to the HandWiki Proposal Tracker if you need to change your proposal and indicate that you have made a donation.

An external link should be included as a reference with the help of the Cite method. Also, an external link can be included as a direct link in the section "See also" or "External links". See HandWiki help.

[B] New encyclopedic article: $20 per article

If you would like to write an article for HandWiki (with possible emphasis on your company or product), you are required to use a neutral (encyclopedic) style. The articles should be written in HandWiki Sandbox using the standard MediaWiki/Wikipedia syntax. After posting the draft, inform handwiki@jwork.org about where to find the draft in the Sandbox. You will be asked to pay at https://handwiki.org/pay if the article meets our criteria for encyclopedic content of HandWiki. Then the article will be moved to handwiki.org and announced on its first page (section "New Articles").

[C] Standard guest content: $20 per article

Standard guest articles can be dedicated to any topic (excluding adult content). They must be written in well-formatted HTML without any CSS styles. The images should be attached separately. You can create such an article using the HTML editor (see the link "+ Add" in the top menu). Note this article will not be indexed by search engines. Remember the 7-character code generated by the editor (shown in the yellow box), it will help to find this article later. To submit this article to https://handwiki.org/blog/, convert it to a DOCX file and use use this submission link.

[D] Premium content with promotion: $50

If your article is published, we can also promote this article as this:

A "teaser" on the main page of HandWiki will be included with the URL link (see the 6th column).
The article will be re-published on websites of our partners, such as jwork.org (general tech topics), ErmisLearn (general), datamelt.org (computation, software, etc), enhub.org etc.

[E] Advertising Opportunities

HandWiki allows adding non-intrusive image Ads with URL at the ends of large groups of HandWiki articles. See Advertising Opportunities (this link calculates the price automatically). The price depends on how many articles will include Ads.

[F] Creation of encyclopedic article to be featured on the main page. 100$ per article

Our editors can also create a permanent encyclopedic-style article using the Mediawiki style with dofollow links. The article will be added to HandWiki and featured on the main handwiki.org page.

Sponsorship

The HandWiki team is seeking sponsors and donations to cover operational expenses. During periods when a sponsor covers maintenance costs, their logo and a link to their website will be displayed in the bottom panel of all HandWiki articles. We ask editors who cannot obtain ORCiD qualification for registration to contribute to the funds covering these operational costs.
