BINDING CONTRACTUAL TERMS

By using the Lewdflix website (the “Website”), including all Content (as defined below) available through the Website and by accessing any associated content such as email feeds, advertisements, or other related services provided by Lewdflix (collectively the “Service”), the person or entity using the Service (“You”) signify (a) that You have read and understood these Terms of Use (“TOU”) (which include the Privacy Policy); and (b) that these TOU have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.

The Service is provided by a company registered in Wyoming, United States ("Lewdflix" or "We"). Lewdflix has a principal place of business at 211 W. 19th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States.

Users Who Violate Terms of Use OR COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Lewdflix may disable, partially disable, or terminate the accounts of users who violate these TOU or our Community Guidelines, including but not limited to:

  1. Users who infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights,
  2. Users who fail to pay subscription fees (if applicable),
  3. Users who provide false information,
  4. Users who violate adult content rules or upload illegal content in comments,
  5. Users who misuse or challenge Lewdflix’s rights in the Content.

Eligibility

  • The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years or older.
  • By using Lewdflix, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law where you live.

WARRANTIES

DISCLAIMERS

LEWDFLIX’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO LEWDFLIX IN THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Basis of the Bargain

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE FUNDAMENTAL TO LEWDFLIX PROVIDING THE SERVICE FREE OR AT LOW COST. WITHOUT THEM, LEWDFLIX WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPERATE.

Equitable Relief

If You violate these TOU, we may seek injunctive relief in addition to damages.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights under these TOU without Lewdflix’s consent. Lewdflix may assign its rights without restriction.

Class Action Waiver

ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

EXPORT CONTROL

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws regarding software and data transmitted through Lewdflix.

GENERAL

These TOU constitute the entire agreement between You and Lewdflix.
They are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, and You waive the right to participate in a class action.
