At Coinbase I lead engineering for the Developer Product Group, where we are building the infrastructure, APIs, and payment rails that make it easier for developers and AI agents to operate onchain. A lot of my recent focus has been on x402 and the broader vision for agentic payments and machine to machine commerce, in close partnership with our product and research teams. The fun part of this work is that it lives at the intersection of large scale systems, applied AI, and real economic activity. We get to think about how agents discover services, pay for compute and data, and rebalance positions, while still putting strong guardrails and clear abstractions in place for developers.
