  • 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟐 𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞! Introducing a unified developer portal, bringing nilDB, nilCC, and nilAI into one place, making it easier to manage usage, and build across the stack without switching between separate environments. This upgrade also introduces a credits-based access model. Instead of fixed subscriptions, developers can now use the network more flexibly as their usage changes. nilDB and nilCC use NIL-based credits that can be allocated to nodes, while nilAI supports Stripe payments to make getting started simpler and more accessible. Phase 2 is a step toward making privacy-first development easier to use in practice, bringing the Blind Computer closer to a system developers can work with directly. • Nillion 🤝 Pairpoint 🤝 Chainlink Labs Transforming Telecom Towers into Secure AI Data Centres. This integration connects tower compute usage to usage-based finance, privately and verifiably. Telecom towers can host AI compute at the edge, but funding new hardware early is hard when demand isn’t proven yet. This integration creates a trusted usage signal so repayments can start low and scale as usage grows. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬: - Pairpoint measures tower compute usage and signs it at the source - Nillion verifies + aggregates it privately (raw tower telemetry stays protected) - Chainlink publishes the verified result onchain for settlement 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 delivers Proof of Asset + Proof of Use for tower-deployed AI compute, laying the foundation for towers to evolve into secure edge AI data centres over time. • 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬 A new way to participate in Nillion Blacklight without running the node infrastructure yourself. Through the managed node webapp, users can stake NIL, access their node through a dedicated dashboard, and get started with a simpler setup flow. To set up a Managed Blacklight Node, you’ll need: - A minimum of 500,000 NIL - NIL on Ethereum (L1) - ETH on Ethereum (L1) for gas Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gyC_7yk8

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐑𝐂-𝟖𝟎𝟎𝟒 ERC-8004 introduces a standard for registering agents onchain. Nillion Blacklight extends this by adding decentralized verification. With 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, agents can request validation, have it executed by the network, and receive an onchain result anyone can inspect. This is the first time ERC-8004 validation is handled by a decentralized network rather than offchain checks or self-reported claims. In its first iteration, Blacklight verifies agent liveness. Nodes check that an agent is online and responding as expected. This establishes a baseline that future, more expressive verification can build on. As agents become onchain actors, registration alone isn’t enough. Blacklight gives the ecosystem a shared verification layer enforced by the network itself. 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞. Blacklight is Nillion’s verification system that allows the community to independently verify private computation running on the Blind Computer, without exposing user data or execution logic. This marks a shift from a core-operated system to one that is secured and verified by the network itself. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀. Anyone can run a node to help verify private workloads by continuously challenging secure enclave execution and confirming the correct code is running. At launch, Blacklight nodes verify workloads on nilCC, Nillion’s confidential compute layer, with support for additional TEE environments planned over time. To run a node, operators stake 𝟳𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 $𝗡𝗜𝗟. Verification work and rewards scale with stake: • More $NIL staked → more verification work • More work completed → larger share of rewards Rewards come from a fixed annual pool equal to 0.5% of total $NIL supply, so APY adjusts based on total network participation. Running a Blacklight node is designed to be straightforward. For full details on Blacklight, node operation, and rewards, read the announcement: https://lnkd.in/g_euVK4i

𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐦. Nillion has officially migrated to Ethereum, and the Nillion L2 is now live. This move brings the Blind Computer to crypto’s most composable coordination layer, giving Nillion a neutral foundation for permissionless participation and onchain coordination. Today, applications powered by the Blind Computer serve 111,000+ users, store 633M+ private records, and have executed 1.4M private inference calls. As the network transitions toward community operation, verification moves to the network itself through Nillion Blacklight, the verification layer of the Blind Computer. 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔,Nillion Blacklight allows the community to verify private computation without revealing data or execution logic. Anyone can run a Blacklight node by staking 70,000 $NIL on Nillion’s Ethereum L2 and earn rewards for securing the network. Migrating $NIL to the L2 is the first step to participate. 👉 Read the full announcement: https://lnkd.in/gcyUwAKa
