Subsequently, he received M.S. and Ph.D. in&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eecs.berkeley.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences<\/a>&nbsp;from the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.berkeley.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">University of California, Berkeley<\/a>&nbsp;in 1989 and 1991, respectively.
