I am a passionate professor, a global trainer, an interdisciplinary researcher, and an RDI consultant in Applied Network Science in Social and Communication Sciences, Organizational Development and Change Management. For me, Network Science is a comprehensive worldview with which I identify personally and professionally. I believe in its power, I am aware of its limitations, and with its help, I constantly bridge, bond, navigate and build ecosystems of knowledge sharing, knowledge production, and innovation.
My work at OrgMapper Academy reflects entirely who I am as a professional – a purpose-driven educator and changemaker. My diverse experience working in all sectors - academia, business, civil society, and government – feeds into my vision of a global movement towards more data-driven, evidence-based decision making, human-centric work cultures, sustainable ecosystems of wellbeing, value creation, and innovation.
I believe in OrgMapper’s vision, mission and values on why and how Organizational Network Analysis, a scientific methodology applied in organizational development, can help us solve social and organizational problems.
Join me, my team, and our partners and clients, in these diverse peer-to-peer learning journeys: ONA Summit, Certification Trainings Program, Masterclasses, Webinars, Workshops, and OrgMapper.
