To update any vehicle information, login to your e-parking account and select Modify Account Vehicles.

Note: Ensure all vehicle information is up to date to avoid any parking issues.

2. From here, students select Order a Permit and add their name to the waitlist.
3. From here, staff and faculty select Other, then access the waitlist for their desired location.

To appeal a ticket, visit eParking at McMaster and select the “Appeal Ticket” option presented.

Please Note: you must begin the payment or appeal process within 10 business days to avoid a $25 administration fee being added to the ticket.

Visit eParking at McMaster and click on Login in the top right corner. Then, select one of the four options: McMaster Users, Department Authentication, or Non-McMaster Users.

The parking office is located in T32, located between Lots M and P on the west side of campus.

1. The transponder can be picked up at the campus store if you have paid online.
2. Otherwise, pick up is at the parking office located in building T32.
