Erin Shilliday

Chief Creative Officer

Erin thinks in city blocks and big ideas. As Pedesting’s co-founder, and a licensed architect, he connects the dots between design, business, and accessibility. He combines creative expertise with strategic leadership: identifying opportunities across geographies and leveraging his love of architecture to ensure the accurate deployment of Pedesting Zones. Whether he’s mapping new markets or sketching with his trusty fountain pen, Erin’s always focused on one thing: making cities work better for everyone.

Chief Executive Officer

As co-founder and CEO, Nabeel turns complex ideas into scalable, actionable change. With experience spanning investment, real estate, and community development, he guides Pedesting’s growth through partnerships, strategy, and a focus on meaningful impact. A respected figure in the accessibility community, Nabeel combines entrepreneurial discipline with a strong commitment to creating spaces that work for every user. He’s known for big-picture thinking, and an uncanny ability to find the best seats at a Raptor’s game.

Lauri is Pedesting’s connection-builder extraordinaire. She’s out there forging partnerships, sparking conversations, and turning coffee chats into community change. Backed by significant experience in strategic communications and business development, she brings a track‑record of lead generation, CRM optimization, and event‑based community outreach. When she’s meeting with businesses, hosting networking events, or championing accessibility, Lauri brings the people power that keeps Pedesting growing.

Lauri Comoli

Growth and Engagement Lead, Private Sector
Patrick is the data whisperer and mapping maestro behind Pedesting, turning CAD files, APIs, and BI dashboards into smooth, user-friendly wayfinding. Patrick is our Swiss Army knife: he assists with proposals, analyzes future Pedesting Zones, coordinates digitization and beta testing of maps, and ensures a smooth transition from floor plans to navigable maps.

Patrick Fernandez

Design and Drafting Technician

Shahaan is Pedesting’s creative compass, turning complex accessibility concepts into visuals that are as clear as they are captivating; he leads the creation of multimedia campaigns, brand guidelines, and website initiatives. Whether he’s editing videos, designing graphics, or masterminding the brand, he’s the one making sure our story looks as good as it reads.

Shahaan Ahmed Shah

Art Director

Yangyang drives Pedesting’s public sector expansion through strategic collaboration and big picture thinking. Her work bridges research, advocacy, and community-centered engagement to strengthen accessibility across civic spaces. Passionate about inclusive systems, she drives efforts that support equitable participation in public life. With an international background spanning work in six countries, Yangyang brings a cross-cultural and global perspective to each interaction. She’s also the office go-to for music, snacks, and a dose of determination that if there is a will, there is a way.

Growth and Engagement Lead, Public Sector

Taliah brings endless creativity to her role as Pedesting’s Communications and Engagement Specialist. She blends thoughtful storytelling with strategic insight to amplify Pedesting’s voice across all platforms. Driven by curiosity, she loves asking good questions, listening to stories, and exploring new ideas. Taliah follows whatever sparks her interest, turning what she learns into purposeful ways to engage. Beyond digital channels, she supports her team with events, creating opportunities for people to connect. She also has a sharp eye for photography, capturing every moment (big, small, or unexpected).

Taliah Monette

Communications and Engagement Specialist

A storyteller at heart, Lauren has a knack for turning information and ideas into narratives that engage, entertain, and connect people. As Pedesting’s marcom leader, she uses her professional experience across multiple sectors to drive growth and help Pedesting level-up their community impact. When she’s not telling stories and building strategies, you’ll find her championing collaboration, creative problem-solving, or quietly reorganizing chaos. Fueled by coffee and curiosity, Lauren never misses a chance to exchange random facts or show pictures of her dog.

Lauren Herschel

Director of Marketing

Jan is Pedesting’s product wizard, bridging the gap between big ideas and “actually works” with equal parts strategy and elbow grease. With a strong background in product management, process optimization, and data‑driven decision making, Jan brings expertise in workflow design, technical execution, and user‑centered quality assurance. When he’s not wrangling Jira tickets, coordinating releases, or tweaking BI dashboards, he’s making sure every Pedesting Zone actually helps people navigate the world with ease.
