Our engineers are already working to fix the problem and are doing everything possible to restore the service as soon as possible.

Planned work on updating clusters of the GO1C service on 03/29/2026
In order to improve the quality of our services, scheduled infrastructure upgrades for the Ready Cloud 1C service will be carried out on 03/29/2026 from 20:00 to 00:00 on 03/30/2026 Moscow time.
During the work, the equipment may be rebooted several times, and the unavailability of the 1C cluster during a reboot can be up to 10 minutes.

At the moment:
— the issue has been localized outside of Selectel’s infrastructure;
— network equipment and services in the Saint Petersburg region are operating normally;
— the impact of filtering systems and Anti-DDoS on the Selectel side has not been confirmed;
— communication is ongoing with the backbone operator and the Gosuslugi side to clarify the root cause and recovery timelines.

Scheduled maintenances
Network equipment maintenance is scheduled for April 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+3). Local network equipment redundancy is expected to be reduced to N+0. No downtime is expected during this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Maintenance is planned on April 07, 2026 from 22:00 to 02:00 (UTC+3) on April 08, 2026 on the network equipment of the Global Router serving the local network segment in the regions of the cloud platform (ru-2, ru-7, gis-1).
Expected impact:
Reducing the redundancy level of the gateway for the entire duration of operations to N+0 for local networks in the specified locations/regions.
There will be 2 breaks, up to 10 seconds each.
We would like to inform you that on 04/08/25, between 12:00 and 15:00, work is planned to modernize the infrastructure component of the Mobile Farm product.
We expect that the work will take place without affecting the service, however, short-term interruptions in the operation of individual devices are possible.

On April 09, 2026, from 01:00 to 03:20 (UTC +3), software updates on the network hardware are scheduled in the Berzarina data center.
During the work, a break in the provision of local network services lasting up to 20 minutes is planned.
Scheduled maintenance will be performed from April 9, 2025, 23:00 to April 10, 2025, 06:00 (GMT+3) to upgrade network hardware serving internet access for dedicated server / colocation / Vmware cloud customers at the MSK-3 location.
Expected impact:
- For shared subnets and dedicated subnets with VRRP enabled: router redundancy will be reduced to N+0 for the entire duration of the work.
