Aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks and Equalex Framework, we partner with dozens of schools and colleges to support students experiencing barriers to entering employment.

We work with and support over 6,000 young people every year. They are vital to how we operate as a charity, informing strategy, co-designing programmes and directing priorities.

We work with a diverse network of local and national partners, including councils, voluntary sector organisations and funders to develop joined-up approaches.
