Scheduled - Our upstream infrastructure provider (OVHcloud US) will perform a scheduled upgrade of several Baremetal services on Wednesday, 2026-04-22, 08:00–09:00 UTC.

During this window, some internal operations on the underlying infrastructure may be temporarily delayed, including: provisioning of new servers/IPs, OS installations, vRack changes, reboots, IPMI/KVM access, OLA, and netboot/rescue mode. Retrying affected operations after a few minutes is recommended.

No customer-facing downtime of the Adapty API or Dashboard is expected. We are posting this notice proactively based on previous experience with vRack-related operations and will update this incident if any impact is observed.

Degraded Push Notification Delivery via OneSignal
Resolved - The issue with push notification delivery via OneSignal has been resolved. Event processing is operating normally. The root cause was an outage on OneSignal's side affecting their Dashboard and API endpoints. which has now been fixed by their team.
