April 6 Infrastructure Update – New CDN Domains
Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled - On April 6th at 18:00 UTC we will transition delivery of static application assets to a CDN-based architecture. This will improve application performance and asset load times.

No downtime is expected as part of this change.

Customers with network restrictions or firewall rules must allowlist the following domains before this time to ensure uninterrupted access:

Mural Collaboration Issue - murals not loading
Resolved - The fix we implemented earlier has been successful in resolving the issue and full service has been resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience this interruption caused, and will be conducting a full review to avoid a repeat in the future.

Investigating - Some users are currently experiencing issues with murals not loading or taking longer than usual to load. We're investigating the issue and will restore regular service as quickly as possible.
