OIT has scheduled maintenance for Call Center Services. Finesse Agents will experience multiple failovers during the maintenance window. Most agents will reconnect automatically, but some may have to sign back into Finesse after failing over.

Identified - OIT has confirmed a service issue with Outlook on the web (OWA). Users may be unable to download or open email attachments in OWA.

The vendor, Microsoft, is working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.

Scheduled - OIT has scheduled API Healthcare (Time and Attendance and Scheduling) maintenance. The application will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Employees will be able to use the badge readers during the maintenance but the remainder of the application will be unavailable. This includes all time and attendance, scheduling, quickbadge, and timecall functionality.
