An introduction to Jane<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jane<\/a> (or JaneApp) is a health and wellness practice management platform designed to be helpful to you no matter how or where you practice. Available online and on any device, Jane offers branded online booking, beautiful scheduling, insurance management, custom electronic documentation (EMR), online intake forms, patient reminders, and integrated payment processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integration setup: Jane + Fullscript<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Jane + Fullscript integration is not one-to-one, which allows for maximum flexibility for multi-account practitioners. Multiple Fullscript accounts can integrate with one Jane account, and one multi-practitioner Fullscript account can integrate with the same Jane account. This integration also accommodates both Canadian and US accounts into one Jane account. The authentication process of this EHR allows for virtually all scenarios and account setups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To integrate Jane + Fullscript:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In Jane, go to Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. On the Fullscript card, select Get started<\/strong>. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Install<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Sign in to your Fullscript account or create one.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click Authorize <\/strong>to complete the connection.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. You\u2019ll see a confirmation that Jane is authenticated and connected to Fullscript.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    That’s it \u2014 you\u2019re ready to get started using Jane!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a recommendation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Providers can create Fullscript plans from a patient\u2019s profile in Jane. Clicking Supplements <\/strong>opens Fullscript in a new browser tab, allowing the practitioner to complete the recommendation workflow.
    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. In Jane, open Patients<\/strong> and select a patient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the patient\u2019s profile, click the Fullscript <\/strong>tab, and select Fullscript<\/strong> from the dropdown.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The provider will be redirected to Fullscript to the Plan workflow with the patient already selected.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. In Fullscript, add products (and US: Labs) using Add to plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Send to patient<\/strong> to share the plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. The provider can then close the tab and navigate back to Jane. A new chart entry will be created and it will include the contents of the Fullscript plan. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/h2>

        If the patient is new to Fullscript, you\u2019ll be prompted to match or create a profile before sending. After sending, a new Jane Chart<\/strong> entry is created with the plan details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

        Where does the plan go in Jane?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        After the plan is sent through Jane, a new chart entry will automatically be created including supplements and labs. The plan details including notes, products and dosage will be included in the chart entry.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Similar to the previous experience, sent plans will be available in the Chart tab of the patient\u2019s profile, and each plan will create a new Chart entry. You can only launch Fullscript through the Supplements tab.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

        Viewing lab results in Jane (US only)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Lab results are uploaded as a PDF<\/strong> in a new chart entry when results are available. The Fullscript Labs functionality is not available to users with a Fullscript Canada account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To view lab results, follow these steps:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click Patients<\/strong> and select a patient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click the Chart <\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Open the entry labeled \u201cLab results available, see attached.\u201d Partial and full results both create entries.

          Chart entries will be automatically created for both partial and full lab results. Please refer to the uploaded results file to determine if the report status is partial or full.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

          Disconnect the legacy Jane integration (old connection)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Jane users who were previously integrated with Fullscript have the ability to disconnect the previous integration, referred to as the Legacy integration, before connecting to the new, upgraded experience. Existing users of the Legacy integration can complete the steps below to disconnect the integration and utilize the Setting up the integration section at the beginning of the guide to connect to the new integration.

          1. In Jane, go to Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Click Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. On the Fullscript (Legacy)<\/strong> card, select Integrations<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Select Edit<\/strong> beside the provider name.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Select Delete<\/strong>, then click <\/strong>OK<\/strong> <\/span>to confirm the removal of the old integration in the pop-up message.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Disconnect the current integration (unlink)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            If you need to unlink an account\u2014for example, if the wrong Fullscript dispensary was connected\u2014follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            From Jane:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Go to Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Open Fullscript<\/strong> and click Uninstall<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              From Fullscript:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Go to Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Under JaneApp<\/strong>, click Disconnect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
